Navigate to https://SERVER_IP:2087, where SERVER_IP is the IP address of your dedicated server and log in using 'root' as the userID and the password you received in step 3.
Click on The Account Functions tile within WHM.
Click on the 'Create a New Account' tile.
Fill in the first box.
Choose the package in the next box (there will be only one option).
If you are unsure of the options in the rest of the boxes leave them blank click on the Create button.
