Accessing Email using Outlook

When you access Outlook you may be prompted for credentials. After entering your login information check the "Remember my credentials" to avoid being prompted every time you log in.

For your username: <Email address>
For your password:  <Password>

Once you have entered the above credentials, please click “OK” Your Outlook will now load and you will be able to work from Outlook as you normally do.

Accessing Outlook Web Access

OWA (Outlook Web Access) allows you to check your email, using any internet connection.

To logi n to OWA go to:  http://exchange2013.iPage.com/ The log in prompt below will appear:

iPhone / iPad Setup

All of the following steps must be performed on your handheld.

THE CURRENT ACCOUNT MUST FIRST BE DELETED OFF THE DEVICE
1. Upgrade your phone or tablet to iOS 4.3 or newer.
2. Go to Settings and select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

3. Choose "add account".
4. Select "Microsoft Exchange".
5. Enter the Following:

For your username: <Email address>
For your password: <Password>

 
Sync Exchange
6. Setup will complete and will now ask you to choose the data you would like to sync. You may choose Mail, Contacts or Calendar or all three. Note: You cannot sync Contacts and Calendars from both Exchange and iTunes. You must choose one or the other. The iPhone will delete your old entries when you enable this.
7. Choose done. Your setup has now completed. Please allow some time for the data to synchronize.

If you're prompted to create a passcode, tap Continue and type a numeric passcode. If you're prompted and don't set up a passcode, you can't view this account on your device. You can also set up a passcode later in your settings.

ActiveSync Android Email Setup

All of the following steps must be performed on your handheld:

1. From the Home Screen on the Android Phone or Tablet, go to:
Settings -> Accounts -> Add Account -> Email
2. Enter the following information and click Next.
For your username: <Email address>
For your password: <Password>

3. Once the connection is successfully created, you will be prompted to determine how you want to receive your email, as well as sync other services (calendar, contacts, tasks, etc). Click next when complete.
4. Give the account a name and tap done.

Windows Phone

All of the following steps must be performed on your handheld:

1. From the Start screen, tap Email.
NOTE: To set up an additional account, from the inbox tap > Settings > Add account.

2. Tap Outlook.
3. Enter the entire email account address and password, and then tap Sign in.

  • Enter the domain if requested, and then tap Sign in.
    NOTE: For users with a blank domain, leave this field empty, and then tap sign in.
  • If a notification screen is displayed, tap Advanced to enter additional account information.
    NOTE: Tap Try again to edit the previous screen.

  • Enter the following information then tap Sign in.
Email Address: Email Address
Server: http://exchange2013.iPage.com/
Domain: sh11.lan
User Name: Email Address
Password: Email Password
Note: If you do not see a "server" field on the screen, simply enter the settings it asks for and click next. The following screen will have an option to enter the server

4. First-time users will be taken to their email inbox. New messages will be downloaded and displayed here.
NOTE: Users that have previously configured an email account on their device will see the "Email+accounts" screen.

5. Test the setup by sending a test email.

Troubleshooting tips

  1. Verify the device has sufficient wireless signal.
    NOTE: If attempting to connect via Wi-Fi, turn Wi-Fi off, and connect with the AT&T network.
  2. Turn Airplane mode on and back off.
    NOTE: This will end the current connection and force the device to re-register on the network.
  3. Turn the device off and back on.

How to Setup an Outlook Profile

1. Open Control Panel.

4. Click on “Show Profiles”.

5. Click on “Add” to create a new profile.

6. Enter a Profile Name, this can be anything you want to help identify the profile.

7. Select “E-mail Account” and enter the following information.

8. Click Next, Outlook will attempt to authenticate and add the account. You may be promoted to enter if the information is correct, you should receive the following:
