Knowledgebase - Search Tips
These tips will help help you find the information you need when you search our Knowledgebase.
Think broadly. If you can't find the information you need when you search on a specific problem, try thinking about it in broad terms. Try to include the name of the tool or service you need information on in your search.
Avoid using or, and, or but in your search. Limit your search string to a few keywords.
Words not phrases. Enter your search as one or two keywords, this will yield better results than if you enter a phrase, question or complete sentence.
Leave out punctuation. There is no need to include question marks, commas or periods in your search.
Browse. If your search isn't successful, try browsing through the categories and subcategories on the main KB page.
